2) What are your billing and insurance policies?
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and all major insurances like Blue Cross Blue Shield. In case of doubt, please contact our office manager to review your coverage.

For uninsured patients, our rates for office procedures are set by Medicare reimbursement benchmarks.  In fact, these are much lower than hospital charges for the exact same tests.

3) How can I best prepare for an office visit?
Bring all previous records, if you have them, as well as a prescription drug list of medication you are currently taking.  Also, consider all your questions and write them down.

If you would like to bring a caregiver or family member to an office visit, we encourage you to do so.  All you have to do is sign a one-time approval form upon your visit documenting your permission.

Certain tests may require preparations prior to your visit.  If you are unsure as to how to prepare for a specific test or procedure, please call our office and we’ll be happy to help you.

4) What are your hospital affiliations and what if I want to go to a hospital you are not affiliated with?
